Austin has pretty much outgrown Babies R Us now so we do most of our shopping at Toys R Us...especially when it comes to...well...toys! Recently I went in there to buy another "big" toy for the little guy as he's not enjoying the jumperoo or exersaucer quite as much as he used to. Needless to say, my living room decor wasn't too appreciative, but I think Austin was!
Of course, with his minimum attention span he will only spend 5 minutes or less with any of his toys, but the Superstar Stage does seem to capture his attention for a few moments longer. He loves to see himself in the mirror and will even give kisses to his reflection. He also loves to catch my reflection looking at him in the mirror and thinks it's hilarious. Austin is even learning to dance to the music and it's just way to cute to see him bouncing around to the silly little songs!
Another favorite toy is Austin's play table. This one has been around for awhile because you can take the legs off and sit the base on the floor for babies who can't stand yet. He liked it ok when he was younger, but loves it now that he can stand. He enjoys opening and shutting the green door and turning the book page. It's nice and sturdy and he can easily pull up on it so since the boy loves to stand, it is also a huge favorite!
