I've been having these weird sensations lately where I feel my belly get really tight for several seconds and then go back to being relaxed. At first I thought baby was doing really slow somersaults until I finally realized that these were the infamous Braxton-Hicks contractions I'd heard so much about.
Braxton-Hicks contractions can start anytime after the 20th week or so and are your body's way of preparing itself for childbirth. They aren't painful at all but do feel a little strange and make me a bit queasy.

Hey Jennifer, I love the baby count down...love it love it love it...
I am trying to figure out how to make one for our 40th Anniversary, Aug 24...can you believe married 40 years, I am old as dirt...
I never had Braxton-Hicks contractions but I have heard alot about them, when my labor started it never stopped until 4 hours and 10 min later, and then Scott was born,a 9lb 6oz big baby boy..I hope your labor goes fast for you also, now with Farrah 15 hours, then there was my big big girl of 9lbs 10 oz 21 inch beautiful daughter...I can't believe Baby H will be here in a few more weeks...where did this time go??? I am just so happy that so far you have had a pretty good pregnancy...hang in there the fun is just beginning...Love and big Angel Hugs,Nana
