Moon Pie Face!!!

My friend Keri warned me about this condition which occurs in pregnancy called Moon Pie face, and it seems that at 37 weeks pregnant I contracted this unfortunate condition. Moon Pie face occurs when your face swells to about twice its usual size and resembles the plump, round shape of a Moon Pie. It turns out the only cure for this condition is delivery, or so I can only hope!!
